AI Agents
Agents that answer customers, chase suppliers and send reminders, so nothing waits on someone’s inbox. Your team approves.
We take the manual work between your ERP, spreadsheets and inboxes off your team. Built for manufacturers with 20 to 200 people, on the tools you already use.
Pricing a job takes hours, so customers wait and buy elsewhere.

Agents that answer customers, chase suppliers and send reminders, so nothing waits on someone’s inbox. Your team approves.
Orders, bills, price lists and shipping papers read from email, PDF or scans, checked, and entered into your system.
Your ERP, QuickBooks, store and CRM pass data to each other, so everything is entered once.
Quote calculators, order trackers and live reports, built on your own data and rules.
Sensors on your machines show what’s running, what’s stopped and why, tied to each order.
Our founder led this build in-house, before Bemanu.
Orders moved through sales, customer service, purchasing, planning, production and quality by email, phone and dozens of spreadsheets. Orders got stuck or lost between departments.
One order flow on top of Excel and OneDrive the team already used, forms and a WhatsApp bot for the floor, and AI agents in the office mailboxes for orders, purchasing and logistics.
One main sheet per department, every order visible from quote to shipment. The plant’s new vendor ERP later used this flow as its starting point.
We map how the work moves, find where time and margin leak, and pick the first fix.
Your first process runs in weeks, inside your systems.
Your team runs it, with a one-page guide and a walkthrough.
Monitoring and changes as your process changes.
Access at the start, real examples (orders, bills, files), and 30 minutes at kickoff and before launch.
Only what the process touches. You create a user for us with the lowest role that works, and you can remove it any time. We never ask for your own login.
We work inside your accounts and keep no copies. Logins are shared through your password manager or an invite from the app, never in email or chat. When the project ends, you switch our access off.
You do. It lives in your accounts, under your logins, with notes on how it works. You can hand it to any developer, or to us.
Tell us and we fix what we built. Monthly support adds monitoring, so we often see it first.
It’s the first step of every project. We map how the work moves, find where time and margin leak, and pick the first fix.
